Welcome
About My Practice
I am deeply committed to building an anti-oppressive, decolonial counselling practice, based in curiosity, intentionality, awareness, and humility. I believe that talk therapy is one element in what should be a holistic approach to mental health, recovery, and well-being. Integrating community care and involvement, alongside individual efforts is very important to me. Within my practice, I am especially interested in Somatic Internal Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy. My focuses currently include grief/ bereavement, neurodivergence, relational dynamics, attachment theory, anxiety and depression, complex trauma, gender, and sexuality. I’m looking forward to continuously developing a community oriented practice that is both holistic, and accessible.
